General Policy
Shodhdhara International : Multidisciplinary Journal operates as an Open Access journal. The Article Processing Charge (APC) is required to cover the costs of peer review, editing, publishing, maintaining the online repository, and archiving.
No Refund After Acceptance
Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication and the Article Processing Charge (APC) has been paid by the author, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. This applies even if the author decides to withdraw the paper later.
Exceptions & Scenarios
- Before Acceptance: If an author withdraws their paper before the acceptance notification is issued, no fee is charged, so no refund is applicable.
- Rejection: If a paper is rejected by the reviewers or editorial board, no fee is charged. If a fee was paid erroneously before acceptance, it will be fully refunded.
- Double Payment: In case of accidental double payment, the extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days upon providing proof of transaction.
